Questions about web maintenance

You didn't build my site. Do you still maintain it?

Yes. We do an initial audit to learn the state of the site, fix the critical issues and from there it enters the normal maintenance plan.

What's included in the block of hours?

Text and image changes, minor new sections, design tweaks and fixes. Large projects (a full section, a store) are quoted separately, always with notice first.

What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?

Monitoring alerts us immediately and we act: we restore from the most recent verified backup and fix the cause. With active maintenance, that scenario becomes rare and quick to recover from.

Can I cancel the plan whenever I want?

Yes, the plans are monthly with no forced commitment. Your site and your backups remain yours; if you decide to leave, we hand everything over in order.
